Homemade fruit leather with NO added sugars.
- 4 cups Applesauce Homemade no sugar added is best!
- 2 cups Blackberries Washed
- 1 cup Peaches Sliced and skinned
- Apple Juice As needed to sweeten
Combine ingredients in large sauce pot on stove over medium heat
Cook until fresh fruit is incorporated into applesauce
Puree in a blender or food processor until smooth
Pour onto plastic wrap-lined sheet pan, approximately 1/4" thick
Place in oven at lowest temperature (140-170 degrees) (on convection if available) for 8-12 hours or until mixture is no longer tacky to the touch
Unpeel from plastic wrap onto parchment
Roll parchment up, tape into place, and cut into strips of desired width
Refrigerate until eaten
