Ingredients
3eggswhisk with wire whip
smidgen of saltstir in
1/2cupflouradd in 3 portions, whisking til smooth after each addition
1/2cupmilkadd in 2 portions, whisking til smooth after each addition
2tbspmelted butterstir into above batter
splash of vanilla
dash of cinnamonoptional
Instructions
HEAVILY butter 2 6-8 inch iron skillets, 1 larger iron skillet, pie plates, or some equivalent bakeware.
Preheat oven to 450.
Pour batter into bakeware (dividing evenly if you use 2 containers).
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, turn down temp to 350 and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, whipped cream, cooked apples, etc.
Notes
My German Pancake recipe doesn't include sugar, so you can sweeten with toppings to your liking!
